Un cittadino italiano reclama i suoi diritti per la sua felicità e quella del partner. Uk dice no!

Londra – Si ripropone un caso che riguarda un cittadino italiano al quale non gli sono stati concessi i normali diritti di cittadino europeo. Ancora una volta. Dopo il caso nei mesi scorsi della signora Elvira, ecco uni nuovo caso “simile”. Ad un cittadino italiano non gli sono riconsciuti i diritti degli altri cittadini europei. Crediamo che le Istituzioni italiane presenti a Londra sapranno risponderci, non a noi, semplice organo di stampa, ma a voi lettori italaini e non sui motivi di questi comportamenti…… chiamiamoli…….. “non europei”.

Ecco il caso spiegato dall’email che abbiamo ricevuto.

My name is T.D and i am from Lebanon – Middle east ,My unmarried partner R.B.R is an Italian citizen born in Italy and been living in the Uk-London since 30-05-1998 .

We met online and then our relation started on 11-Sep-2010 .. we kept on chatting online through skype and whatsapp and emails and talking over the phone as well.. We decided to meet up in Amsterdam and we met on 6th of July 2011 and we spent there an amazing 4 days together before R.B.R goes back to London , and during our stay we made an agreement engagement paper and we signed it me and him and other two friends of mine as witnesses promising that we will take care of each other as long as we’re alive . We applied in August 2012 for a uk-visa and i got a refusal ( saying that its a wrong visa for the wrong application , he sent his invitation letter that he’s responsible for everything such as my stay my food and he will cover up everything ) we said ok we will do it again..and a lawyer friend of my partner R.B.R was helping us to get the right answers and see what kind of application we should apply for..

Mean while i was away from parents home because they knew i was Gay and one of my uncles was threatening that he would kill me if he sees me because am a big shame for the family being a homosexual and once i was home and he arrived and attacked me and tried to stab me with a knife i had to run away and mother was so worried about me..i had to disappear for quite sometime and couldn’t see my mother for a while , and i have been also attacked by people Random in the street for looking like a homosexual to them ,again had to change my address and stayed at a close friend so no one could tell where am i .

Its time again so i could apply again to London and go for the right application form witch’s EEA ( European Economic Areas ) Visa ,i applied on December 2012 and again i got a very silly and funny answer and another refusal on january 30-13 saying that they were not satisfied that i am married to an EEA partner ( but no one say we are married , even thought i have sent them all the documents of my partner R.B.R who is Italian including his passport copy and ID ) and that my partner R.B.R is working ,and where would i stay during my stay in the UK or how am i gonna pay for my Trip and stay there , and after i have asked them for the original copies of the documents i sent to return it for me NONE of the documents were sent back .

I even sent them copies of the EU law that says as long as one of the partner is European his partner has the right for a 30 months visit .

After the refusal we have contacted the office of the Baroness Sarah Ludford ( the vice president for the LGBT in the middle east ) to help us and see what she can do for this The office of the Baroness promised us to help and to re-apply again and as soon as i re-apply to send her my application reference number ,so she could follow up with the home office in the UK . We found this refusal as a discrimination rather against me because am an Arab or a Muslim or against my partner who’s Italian and not British or maybe because we are Gays …

I applied again few weeks ago 28th of June and i got the answer on the 16th of July maybe AGAIN refusal and this time same reason but in a different way just to make an excuse not to give me the precious Visa ( witch’s My right to go and see my partner that i haven’t seen for two years ) now because we want to get in a civil partnership with him in the UK ,again they said that My partner RBR is not an EEA !!! ( if he is Italian so HE is an EEA ) .

We have sent the Baroness Sarah Ludford emails asking for help . At the moment NO single answer from her and the MP MR. Dobson We receive an answer from the italian onorevole Guglielmo Picchi .

Now am seriously losing hope and starting to say that isn’t there in this world any justice or mercy for people ,all we’re asking for is to visit my partner and see him , for some people this is a silly relationship but not for me nor for my partner , we wanna spend the rest of our life together and under one sealing ,in the same house ,we love each other and their decision wont change that never ,it wasn’t my fault i was born in Lebanon or i was born an Arab ,i hear of Europe that they fight for human rights and helping people in need Not discrimination and racism and in the last two application ( yes They were discriminating me and my partner for being Gays or for me being an ARAB and Muslim or for him being Italian ) and we are sure of this.. because again NONE of the documents we sent them are back to us.. ( whatsapp chats-skype chats-photos of us-hotel booking-my CBR and his CBR (clean ) -his house address and his work statement and my work statement here -his passport copy and his ID copy -our company td-r trading limited registration copies and other documents ) .

NB: I work now for DRC ( danish refugee council ) in Lebanon and its a humanitarian org. we learn not to discriminate people or being racist and help and support all refugees all religions all color all nationalities .. it makes me sad to see the UK doing this to us .. i would wanna thank you for reading this long email ,,i know i tried to make it as short as i could and pick up the most important details and events ,and i hope u could help or hear from you as my partner R.B.R have told me..
